A space to reconnect.
Engaging in therapy is a deeply personal commitment, especially when the ways we have learned to navigate life no longer feel helpful, and it becomes difficult to imagine what comes next.
How we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us is shaped by the experiences we carry and the meanings we have made along the way. Sometimes, we sense a disconnect between how we are living and what feels meaningful to us, even when we cannot yet put words to it.
Therapy offers space to pause, look inward, and begin to understand what has shaped us, making room for new ways of seeing ourselves and moving through the world.
The person
beside you.
Therapy offers a place to make sense of your experiences, understand the patterns that shape you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been set aside.
Understanding the whole person.
I provide psychotherapy to individual adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and the complexities of being human. My approach is trauma-informed and insight-oriented, with an emphasis on understanding the experiences and patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
I draw from integrative approaches, including EMDR, to support deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. I am licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
As a New York-born, bicultural Latina, I recognize that our inner worlds are shaped not only by personal experiences, but also by family, culture, generational histories, and the broader systems in which we live.
Healing is a practice.
Our inner worlds shape how we experience life. Therapy offers space to explore these inner landscapes and the ways they influence how we understand ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world.
Over time, we develop ways of seeing ourselves and navigating relationships that are influenced by our experiences, our environments, and the meanings we have made of them. These patterns often develop for good reasons, even when they no longer reflect who we are or what we need now.
Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity, understand what they have made possible and what they may now limit, and make room for new perspectives. We can process experiences, give dignity to the hurt, and deepen our understanding of what shapes our inner lives.
Sometimes, we come to therapy knowing what hurts. Other times, we sense something shifting without yet having the words to describe it. There is room for uncertainty, for questions without immediate answers, and for understanding that unfolds gradually.
Who have you understood yourself to be? How do you hold the me and the we? Where do you experience belonging? How do you want to relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you? Who have you been, and who are you becoming?
This work is not about becoming someone else or having everything figured out. It is an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with yourself, cultivate an inner framework for making sense of your experience, and nurture new possibilities for how you live and relate.
With you as the driver of your journey, I will accompany you with curiosity, care, and respect as we explore what healing and growth mean for you.
