Insurance

I am in network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, commercial insurance plans. Acceptance of your specific insurance plan will be verified by Headway before your appointment. Should you have out of network mental health benefits you may be eligible to be reimbursed by your insurance provider. I will provide you with a super bill invoice.

I highly recommend that you contact your insurance provider to be informed about your mental health coverage, copayment, out of network coverage and deductible information.

Cancellation

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event you are unable to keep your appointment please provide 48 hours or more notice. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment during the week. If this is not possible, you are responsible for the full cost of your missed session.

Payments

A credit card is required on file for all clients. Payments are due on the date of service and are automatically charged to your credit card. Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
